Staff is rude and unprofessional, I entered the shop and 5 PM and left at 10:30 PM, it took almost 6 hours to them for installing autofold mirrors in creta, just 1 piece of work took this much or time. And shop owner Tarun Datta is also very rude and misbehaving when we asked him to activate the dome light in mirror which was aggredd at the time of deal, he started asking extra charges. Also the piece of work is worst, you can see the image. In am regrating after the work done."

"Really Bad Experience. I recently went here to buy accessories for my baleno on recommendation of a friend. There prices are high. More than those in karol bagh. I paid because friend said their quality and finishing is good. But that is not the case. Quality is decent and finishing is bad. Main issue comes with the armrest. 1. Now my baleno being delta model doesn't have rear ac. But they fitted top model armrest that has rear ac vents that look so weird as they are not working. 2. They charged 3800 for armrest (fitting charge extra). I got to know afterwards genuine maruti armrest for baleno delta costs only 3200. Daylight Robbery. 3. When installing new armrest they removed the rear mobile charging socket as top model armrest has a square shaped socket. I noticed it afterwards and I went back to them after a week to have previous socket installed. The owner was least interested in listening to the issue. He just said come back tomorrow as their workers have left (who came back after a minute). When I argued he said they will charge 300 extra for installing. Seriously first you install incorrect armrest, then you say installing the socket will cost another 300 because I should have said so at the time of installation. I have bought 10k worth accessories from them and they are least interested in my issue. No knowledge of customer dealing. Also they told me original charger socket for this armrest will cost another 2000. (They just want to keep robbing you) Once you get out of their shop, they don't care about you. Their whole business model is just to sell low quality products at high prices and then forget about the customer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE NOT TO BUY ACCESSORIES FROM THEM AND INSTEAD ALWAYS PREFER TO BUY ACCESSORIES FROM THE DEALER ITSELF. YOU MIGHT PAY 4K-5K EXTRA BUT YOU'LL BE SAVING YOURSELF WITH UNNECESSARY HASSLE."
